BUILDERS AND DEVELOPERS

CHIC offers builders and developers a variety of opportunities in which they can collaborate on business ventures. Typically builders contract with CHIC to build INFIL homes on CHIC developed land however, CHIC can also contract for INFIL homes to be built on land developed by the builder. In some cases CHIC will develop the land with the builder.

Often times builders can combine programs such as the CHIC INFIL with the City Enterprise zone program for added benefits and incentives.

When CHIC has building sites available they will be listed on the NEW PROJECTS page.
