BLIGHT REMOVAL PROGRAM

The CHIC Blight Program helps remove blight and restore quality to neighborhoods which makes them healthier places to live. CHIC buys properties and corrects their blighted conditions often by removing substandard structures. These sites are further improved with the construction of new homes.

Owners, Realtors and others with substandard property should contact CHIC if they think they have property that might be a candidate for the blight removal program.
